Event headshot station

Headshot stations are booked on a half day (up to four hours) or full day (up to eight hours) basis. Each headshot station can typically serve as many as 20 people per hour if signed up already.

HEADSHOT STATION

$1650/$3200

Choose between a half day of headshot station coverage for $1650 or a whole day for $3200 with fl media. The event headshot station includes all images delivered in high resolution, organized files, a standard commercial usage license, and a lead list of everyone photographed along with their contact information in Apple Numbers, Excel, or CSV format. Headshots can also be provided to each individual in private galleries or as a complete gallery of images tailored to your needs.

ADDITIONAL HEADSHOT STATION

$1450/$3000

If your event schedule or the number of participants calls for it, adding an extra headshot station ensures everyone gets a great photo without feeling rushed. By incorporating fl media into multiple stations, you can keep the process efficient and significantly reduce wait times for attendees.
